Sorry, i should have been more clear. 4 of each config listed with those prices. Prices for servers with managment will go up by 30.00 in a short while.

Unfortunatley no, Cpanel is included in the deal. We can however remove the management and work with you if you don't need a managed server.

are these monitored? Do you proactivly apply security patches, or do we need to submit a ticket?

These servers are monitored by port. As it is proactive as soon as a new patch is released. No need to submit a ticket for a kernel upgrade for example.
