I'm an artist who taught at a college till two years ago. Now I have an invention to sell as well as a metal arts product line which will develope into a large catalogue in the next few months. Used bigstep for a test site and linked my work to e-bay and the project worked and items sold. However now bigstep has gone fee crazy and are useless to me.

I have tons of software from my college but only know how to use Adobe Pagemill 3.0.all Mac stuff, I intend to set the site up myself and have afew requirements to finding a host. I really would appreciate the help I'v gathered way to much info already and am hoping to narrow things down through this help request.

Require at least 150mb at least 10 emails or virtuals, decent bandwidth, NO BANNERS, no added fees costs in th 15-30 dollar range pr month. I need to have sub domains for seperate product catagories but will use one merchant account, well developed shopping cart layout for complex custom orders, paypal, cgi support and good customer support.

I've been looking at freemerchant, homestead, ati,below10hosts,bizworks and a couple of others.

All this at times is overwhelming but I have to get started, I've been promoting my products on the road and the travel is murder so I'm hoping to really alter the way I do bus. through the web.
Money is tight and I certainly don't want to go through all this again once I'm up and running.
:)

Thanks Dogma for the input. I have narrowed down my search to three possible hosts and feedback is appreciated!
1-Valuablehost @ 350 mb and 6 g of transfer at $60 year.
2-below10host with its gold plan or platinum plans 100-150 mb and possible shopping cart
3- aletiahosting @200 mb and 10 of transfer many features and looks good on service.

Now that I'm this far along I have started my site construction through adobe pagemill and will build the store fronts.

Advice and feedback, recommendations etc. welcome,
