I had problems in the past month or so since I signed up with hosturbo...slow mail/dns servers, etc...but this morning, everything appears to be gone.

When I tried to poll the mail server this morning, it couldn't find the server. I tried my url...not there, and neither is hosturbo.com.

I realize that sites often have trouble with their DNS servers, but considering the recent history of this 'company', I wouldn't be at all surprised if they just dissapeared.

I realize 'you get what you pay for', and knew that going in. I was looking at hosturbo as a replacement for my current host, so my stuff's still there. I was willing to risk the $20. It's a sunk cost...it's gone - so if hosturbo resurfaces, I will go on my way with a lesson learned.

But if hosturbo doesn't come back within a week, I will contact my credit card company and see if there's any way I can get a refund (moreso to take $20 from hosturbo than to give myself $20).

I definitely don't suggest this company to anyone.

Yeah, I forgot to mention that I had recently caught up with the recent 'discussions' re: hosturbo.

Just thought I'd fan the flames a little.:D

I think that they are back.
At least, I can access to their site.
