So, im right now at summer break from school so I have time on my hands.
I'm 16 but I have lots of skills; very strong php, xhtml, html, css. Javascript isn't as strong but its still strong ;). I can handle SQL very well also, but I have only practical experience of mySQL-server, so I havent used oracle, mssql etc yet but if needed I can train myself and I believe I can handle it.
If java is needed I know the basics and can do some limited gui programming with it.

Just to be helpful, you'll need to use the Luhn Algorithm to validate numbers - see http://www.webopedia.com/TERM/L/Luhn_formula.html for how it works. Different card types can be checked, see http://www.beachnet.com/~hstiles/cardtype.html. Have fun!
