Im using Live Helper at the moment but every one keeps saying human click is better.

Which one is better?

Live help free version lets you brand the software alot better than human click, human click has more features, if your will to pay a monthly fee i would go with human click otherwise us livehelper.

I am going to be using Live Helper soon for a project mainly due to price

I use the free version of human click...I cant pay 90.00 bucks a month for something I barely use...

I personally have only used the Free Human Click and it suits my needs well. But as a customer, I have visited sites with both and have found the Human Click to be more user friendly. Just My Opinion, and you know what they say about opinions.......;)

HumanClick..

i like to know I dont have to have icq to talk to my bud..Brad at Sipernet...but that is my opinion...mater of fact...we have been talking for the last 20 minutes on it...

Well... I prefer Humanclick. It is expensive for something that isn't used very often, but the free version isn't bad, and the Express version...

Nevermind... I went to their website and the former $20-$25/month express version is now $50/month and not worth it. They do negotiate a lot though.

hmm, i WAS running HumanClick on my old HD... but HD crashed and had to get new HD...

I tried to go download the HumanClick program and it just lets me download LivePerson program and it won't let me login to the program using my old HC-XXXXX number...

I had to get the new LP-XXXXXX number and it worked... BUT, its letting me 'trial' LivePerson Pro version... but also never told me how long this trial was... anyone know?

I just registered for LiveHelper and will be giving it a go for few days i guess...

Human click is considerably more user-friendly in my humble opinion.

When I installed HumanClick the sales rep would not leave me alone for a whole week.

Even after I told her I was married :D :look: :laugh:

haven't tried website alive, but I did go for Livehelper when it came out. There's an earlier discussion about my experience with it in detail so I'll keep it quick - in short while the software was fine, the connectivity of it was poor to say the least. Often the site would say the program was offline when I was looking at it running in my sys tray. After a week or so of trialing I tried HC and haven't looked back. Great connection, easy software. user friendly.

We're in the partner program so get express for nix for a year. I'm pretty confident we'll just go to the monthly fee when it comes time. My finace even logs onto it when her ICQ and MSN Mess goes on the blink knowing at least if her connection craps out on everything else HC will still be running :)

Live Helper All The Way! Its basicallty totally branded to you! Easy to install and works like a dream.

Human Click! It is more user friendly at both user site and operator site. Besides the site operator's control panel looks nicer than live helper.

But it is more expensive compare to live helper. If you are a host or a webmaster, you can join human click partner program to get a free express version. Where you can build your custom look of the char interface and button.

More User Firendly How is it? Human LCick put a nice huge advert under the conversation and sometimes udner the button. Live help let u make your own button and they have small txt link at the bottom. Also you get ot put your name in when you come into LiveHelp making it more user friendly

HumanClick has gone to crap cause their merge with LivePerson

Live Helper is what I shall be sticking with :)
