With one correction, make it the worst used car salesmen. I make that comparison myself on my site.

They promise you anything, even if they know it is impossible, just to get your money. Once they do, they ignore you, lie to you, give you ridiculous answers, and generally abuse you to the extent you allow them to.

at least most car salesmen know at least something about cars and the car they are trying to sell. (ie they know if their are seats included, etc.)

Nah.. Webhost Sales Rep won't have to let their customers drive them around.. especially in some situation Car Saleman don't even know how safe they are..

I feel hosts are better...because if you use Human click or AIm, ICQ, forums...what have you...you just block them...quit getting around their site...

so I think that is the wrong impression of sales reps for hosts...
