Traceroute shows that mesopia no longer has an IP address attached to it's hostname. I only get a WHOIS record at network-tools.com

That doesn't look good:(

a lookup on terabite.com shows their server is still alive and kicking.

All I can say is goodluck. Also what services do you have with them. Just as a backup plan...start looking for some other place to provide those services.

Hi, do not be alarmed, we have a server failure which resulted in us having to move off all the accounts on your server to a new one and change ISP's. Everything is back to normal and we are sorry for the inconveniences this may have caused.

We have issued compensation to all of our clients effected by this outage.

Thank you,

Jay Higdon

Well Jay,

i signed up yesterday with you and was quite happy with the fast setup, however, this morning when i went to see if the nameserver changes worked out fine, gemini.mesopia.com is down. Seems that you're off to a bad start with me. I would be fine with 500 megs and lesser traffic for the 7.95 but at least have my site up. I for one am very disappointed and going to cancel my account. At this point there is nothing that can guarantee me you won't follow iSpeed.com's example.

Hi killer2k,

It's saddening to hear that you will be cancelling your account with us. I wish you best whereever you choose to go.

Gemini was down for a short period yesterday morning due to a data center issue out of our control. The data center, gemini is located at, resolved the issue almost immediately and service was restored. We regret any inconveniences this may have caused our clients located on gemini.

Any downtime caused by our data center is eligible to receive a network violation credit (downtime credit) on your hosting account.

Unfortunately we were unable to warn any of our clients of the downtime beforehand due to it's unexpected and unscheduled occurance.

Thank you,

Jay Higdon
