THEY'RE AT IT AGAIN - ONLY WORSE!!
We have a co-brand site with Register.com and this is the second time in 4 months that the Expert Hosting a**holes have spammed our clients.

This is simply amazing. We received this message today. They have crossed all boundaries and at first glance the message even fooled me into thinking it was an announcement from Register.com until I read carefully. The reply address was "Register.com Offers", and you'll see just how fraudulent the message is - my problem is unsuspecting people may think that this is an official correspondence and ExpertHosing (the lack of T is intentional) is the 'official' hosting service. This is so illegal it's not even funny. I sincerely hope that at the very least Register.com will sue the pants off these guys in civil court, but criminal charges would be nice too. My blood is boiling...

Not only did I send it there, I cc'ed the lawyer who responded to the March incident and said it would be dealt with. I'll let you know what I hear back. Should be interesting.
