You can always email the webmaster and ask them.

They may have written it themselves. They don't want you peeking at the code, either "oncontextmenu="return false;".
Silly...

That looks an awful lot like a script from Dreamcost, like HostAdmin. Thats just what it reminds me of. Although with the way the form acted it could have quite a few modifications.

www.dreamcost.com is the site.

HostAdmin...is that as decent as it looks and sounds? I don't mind spending that kind of money if it does everything it says..

I'm sure I've seen that script on other game server companies, I'll try and dig up an example.

It is ModernBill's direct Competition - we're weighing the two options so far. Right now HostAdmin is winning.
It's not as customizable but it's really simple to setup.

HostAdmin has alot of flaws in it, especially on the billing end.

The script in question does not have the backend connection to PayPal so I doubt it is hostadmin. This looks simply like a nice custom multi-part signup form. It can easily be created.

hehe i entered "dfg" on all the fields and it processed my order!
The script seems to be written in JavaScript more than PHP.
i think they used PHP only for storing or emailing data you enter; everything else is written in JavaScript, so u can get the code easily. ( but i think that would be illegal :) )

Maybe you can find it at hotscripts.com they have a ton of PHP, Javascript, etc. scripts.

There isn't anything too unique about the scripting they've done. It's more or less how they presented it that makes their work look impressive.

If you do check out a script directory such as HotScripts, and find a decent script to use, you'll still most likely have to do some extra javascripting yourself to have the forms function the way you want. There won't be anything exactly like the script on the site you mentioned.
