Simple, fast and effecient. Frosty 06-14-2003, 02:12 PM Yeah i love perl desk. I just bought it. It was also really easy to customize. CatchyHost-Royi 06-14-2003, 02:27 PM Kayako - eSupport, I recomend this one. AllenB 06-14-2003, 05:24 PM Spirit, this wouldn't be difficult to do w/ asp, asp.net. The problem is I am currently swamped. How long could you wait for this? Do you think it would have good potential for resale? You'll have to find a way to target them offline imho Aushosts 06-14-2003, 08:50 PM Originally posted by turboweb Inversflow Thats what i would recommend. Simple, fast and effecient. Not really that impressed with the email headers things. Had lots of problems with clients sending HTML email with attachments. 123x 06-15-2003, 01:30 AM checkout www.oneorzero.com ndxb 08-24-2003, 01:06 PM Kayako's a good buy XSV 08-24-2003, 02:07 PM Try Cerberus, we have used it for over a year and it has worked great. http://www.webgroupmedia.com/ cweb 08-24-2003, 08:46 PM Hi SpiritAu :) We've been using Kayako E-Support ( http://www.kayako.com )and have found it excellent! We're probably going to switch from the integrated ModernBill helpdesk to this! Good find. :) Anyone know how to go about integrating this somehow with ModernBill? namelayer 08-28-2003, 08:51 PM EdgePanel is by far one of the best helpdesk/ticket system out of the paid and free ones. Easy to skin and customize. Thumbs Up to those guys!! -Dave Odd Fact 08-29-2003, 01:54 PM Has anyone installed EdgePanel on Plesk system yet? namelayer 08-29-2003, 02:30 PM Originally posted by Rox Off Has anyone installed EdgePanel on Plesk system yet? It should install no problem all you need to have it run is PHP/MySQL. And a couple of other things to use all the options in EdgePanel are recomended but not necassary. Odd Fact 08-29-2003, 02:48 PM I keep running into a problem. On the EdgePanel forum a few other users are having the same problem. I can run the installation but cannot login. namelayer 08-29-2003, 03:24 PM Yeah, had same problem. Had to put in the url the directory the helpdesk was in. Then when you actually get in go to the settings and where it specifies what the url is add the directory in there. Durring the install it didnt ask what site (in directory) it just asked where the site was. Eg: http://www.domain.com http://www.domain.com/helpdesk/ Put trailing slash.. Let me know how it goes. Odd Fact 08-29-2003, 03:33 PM I had no problem installing on CPanel, so it must be a Plesk thing. Still it is pretty slick. namelayer 08-29-2003, 04:24 PM Mine is on cpanel as well. It is just a directory error durring the install. Have to put http://domain.com/dirctory-helpdesk-is-in/ and not http://domain.com/ |
