We are currently working with readyhosting.com which supplies us with unlimmited win2000 accounts (500MB, unlimi bandwidth, unlimi mail, etc ) for $50 (reseller price).

As I have little control on my resold accounts I am looking for an alternative.

1- Windows NT/2000
2- At least 50MB space
3- At least 1Gig transfer
4- At least 10 emails
5- $50 or less anual
6- Perl, PHP
7- Uptime %90 or higher
8- DSN or DSN Less access database without additional cost

With some control on my resold accounts.
