I got the web server certificate from Rackshack. When I choose "Install an SSL Certificate and Setup the Domain" it asks about the domains username. I'm a little confused over this as I'm installing shared SSL using host.domain.com which were used to set up the server, and I don't know of any username for it. I did create an account for domain.com with a username but that isn't the correct username as it says that the username doesn't exist on the server. So what or where is this username? Hope that someone can help.
