I am currently working with readyhosting.com which supplies us with unlimmited win2000 accounts (500MB, unlimi bandwidth, unlimi mail, etc )

As I have little control on my resold accounts I am looking for an alternative.

1- At least 50MB space
2- At least 1Gig transfer
3- At least 10 emails
5- $50 or less anual
6- Windows NT/2000
7- Perl, PHP

With some control on my resold accounts.
