Im looking for an example of an e-mail to send customers that are late in paying their bill.

First time late type of thing, so some sort of 'nice' reminder.

Anyone have something like that they are willing to share?

i would use "Dear Valued Customer" or "Dear <NAME>"

valued customer does sound a little cheesy tho :P
