I bought PerlDesk, I got the download url, and I have a problem in instalation proccess (I receive a Fatal Error)
I sent 3 emails to the client-support@perldesk.com but no answer!
I post my problem in their forum, and I see that many people had the same problem. I asked them whether they have been supported but as you can read nobody has emailed them.
And PerlDesk is a support software.....

Me, only few hours.
But us I wrote above there are other persons with the same problem for 15 days, who have not received a mail! See here! (http://www.perlbill.com/forums/showthread.php?s=&threadid=3794)

SWR, he has threads open all over with the same text.
This is not a support issue, you should consult a system admin if you don't know how to install a perl module.

Íow, it's not few hours, it's a day.
But, you have to read. OPEN YOUR EYES. They have not answered to the other who had the same problem for 15 DAYS...

Hey.. Why dont you try installing that perl module, then it should work. Or if you cant ask your host :)

Look. My problem has been solved.
BUT, the point is that PelrDesk has no support.
They are two different thinks, you now.
