Anyone looking to join the German/European hosting/housing market? Then this is your opportunity.

We're currently in progress of selling our long-time established ISP. Our business is focused at providing dedicated servers and colocation. We also provide webhosting, bandwidth, domain names and basically everything else around IP.

Quick facts:

- Approx. 200 residential- and business-customers (30% residential, 70% business)
- 45 dedicated and colocated servers
- 14,100.00 EUR (16,595.00 USD) turnover / month (before taxes)
- 8,440.00 EUR (9,933.00 USD) profit / month (after taxes)
- No bank debts, no leasing contracts
- Hardware at a value of approx. 30,000.00 EUR (35,310.00 USD) in our property (considering the quick value-loss)
- 5+ years in business
- Above average reputation (we've been focusing on professional customer support for all the years)
- Majority of our customer base has long-term contracts (3, 6 and 12 months)
- With one exception (colocation space) no long-term contracts at our suppliers
- IP address range is independent of upstreams
- Approx. 700 domains under our management
- Except for the two acting partners no salaried employees

The only reason for selling the business is personal differences between the two acting partners. There is no regression in turnover or new customer acquisition taking place, on the contrary: the business has just started to take off within the last 6-8 months.

Sale price: we're looking for about 150,000.00 EUR.

If interested, please send eMail to ispverkauf@gmx.net with a little information about yourself/your company and we'll get back to you with a non disclosure agreement. After we receive the agreement back from you we'll provide you with all additional information about our business.

eMail: ispverkauf@gmx.net

Good luck with the sale, though, at that price your definately not going to target many people here (the majority of the hosts here don't make that in 5 years :)).

Thanks! Yes, I thought so, but I'm hoping for some bigger ISP to read our ad.

We cannot sell at a much lower price as the monthly revenues will compensate the sale price within less than a year... it would be quite uneconomically to ask a much lower price. :-)

kai,

the price seems to be completely justified. you have some very nice assets and a well structured business. what the poster was referring to is the fact that most users on this forum do not have disposable funds for this type of acquisition.

do not let that discourage you though, perhaps contacting a business broker that has dealt with isps in the past would be a viable option.

good luck,
paul

I agree with hostgalaxy on that. eBay has all kinds of business men looking at the auctions. eBay has even sold A TOWN! Anything goes! I'd stongly recommend that!
