What happens when you run
/usr/local/plesk/plesk.sh restart ?

Do is say Apache failed to (re)start?

If so, is there any errors in
/usr/local/plesk/apache/logs/error_log

I've tried the below command before, but still it didn't work.

/usr/local/plesk/plesk.sh restart


I am not sure if this is correct.

I am assigned netmask 255.255.255.224, and the PSA server is 216.218.134.4.

For PLESK, should it be 216.218.134.4 / 255.255.255.0 for the first one and the rest like 216.218.134.5 and etc use 216.218.134.224.
This is for "IP Alias" tab in PSA Admin.

It doesn't say that.
I think all starts fine.

I can load http://216.218.134.4 from the server, but if I use another machine, it doesn't seem to work.

Don't know much about Plesk, but if I were you I would start watching my logs pretty closely now.

The netmask should be 255.255.255.0 99% of the time (or thats what I find)

What kind of server is it? Linux/FreeBSD???

It's Red Hat Linux 7.1

Problem solved.

I sat in the NOC for 3 hrs to solve the problem.

You must read: DNS & Bind

:D

What was the problem??

Bind is installed by plesk!!!
