Their control panel is easy to use, (I especially appreciate the addition of phpmyadmin).
I've never had to wait long for a mail back from their support, they are always very helpful, and seem to go a long way to solve any problems/issues.
Their pricing is good, and bandwidth is generous. They also offer dedicated IP, which was essential for my site.
