I am thinking about getting rackshack but need to know how it is...if I have this dedicated server...can i install like a game server myself? thanks..

im not sure if they offer gameservers but i think when it comes to hosting dedicated servers they from what i've heard are good but most dont like the 32 ip rule

What you mean you're not sure if they offer gameservers?
Just get a box from them and all you need to do is install a game server on it, they dont care if you run gameservers on the box, as long as you dont use more than your bandwidth limit :D

I was thinking that they would set up the gameserver for you :P which i dont know if they do

i actually dont think they care if you go over your bandwidth limit either ;)

No they wont setup your own gameserver, if you want something like that you go to a company like one in my sig.

Anyways, if you need help installing a game server, depending on what game, i might be able to help :)

I know few sites that have few tutorials too for Half-Life and HL Mods, Battlefield 1942 and few other games :)

Putting a popular BF1942 server on a host that you pay by the gb is suicidal.

Yes, but get a server at The Planet. The people playing in your server will be much happier. :)
