First it happend on one of our accounts email addresses. Now it's happening to our main email. The mail bounces with this message:

<underwoo@underwoodgardens.com>
(reason: can't create (user) output file)

procmail: Renaming bogus mailbox "/home/sites/site4/../../spool/mail/underwoo" into "/var/spool/mail/BOGUS.underwoo._6rB"
procmail: Couldn't create "/home/sites/site4/../../spool/mail/underwoo"
550 5.0.0 <underwoo@underwoodgardens.com>... Can't create output...

Does anyone have a clue as to what may be happening here?

I think it was due to a permission problem in the server dir used to spool their email.

If you are using raq's why don't you just try neomail it seems to have everything and even easy to install (from cobalt page).
The only thing that neomail seems to lack are e.mail filters ! Is there a way to stop certain E.mail from certain adreses?
The new version seems to work without any problems at all (with the old version I got several errors like "can't close sendmail" but not with the new version.
What have your mail programs have that neomail doesn't?

NeoMail is only a front end for the Raqs email system, so the same error would also apply here.

Yes, well I tell ya one thing, NeoMail could use a bit of a face lift at this point. And because the developer says there will be no further upgrades to this one. It's got me looking around for other solutions.

The darn thing of it is, NeoMail was so easy to install as a pkg for every account on the server, as far as I know there is no other web mail pkg available for the raq. And all other web mail solutions would be much tricker to install and provide access for.

Anyone know of a better web mail soluton for multiple accounts on a RAQ?

Well maybe neomail is not the prittyest thing ever but I like its directory structure which enables you to use it almost like outlook.
However the main lack that I would like to have is something like mail filters etc...
For example I keep getting publicity from the same E.mail address I would like to ban all E.mail from this address etc ...
Does anyone know of anything like this (free though),
