how can we know where they're at?because i was about to host my site with this guy ,and i know he's a reseller. i also use ping and ping his website and use nslookup but when i use nslookup it said " Non-existent domain"

goto start > run
type cmd, or command
do a tracert on your domain like so:
C:\>tracert ub3r.net
it will show you something like this:

Tracing route to ub3r.net [207.44.206.91]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

take the ip that was resolved, in this case it is 207.44.206.91 . and do a whois on it by going to http://ww2.arin.net/whois/ and entering the ip address which was resolved.
