i have been trying to recieve a refund from dot5hosting since may 1st of this year. so far i have been getting nothing but the runaround. "we have been having difficulties with our accounting systems" is not an acceptable excuse! it takes two seconds to sit down and write a check. does any body know how i might get my money back from these swindelers???:angry:

If they use a third party processing solution such as 2Checkout or Paysystems you could contact them or if it was a direct purchase through a merchant account set a deadline for your refund and explain you will have no other choice, but to do a chargeback if you do not get your refund by the set date.

Have you tried getting in touch with Chris? He is the main guy over there and he might be able to help you out a little more.

thanks, unfortunateley i have been talking with chris. i guess i will just have to do a formal charge back through my bank. i wish i would have known about this forum when i was looking for hosting earlier. luckily i found ehostpros here, no complaints yet!

so i called there number and of course no answer! but wait theres more . . . mailbox is full. (must be full of . . wait let me guess? . . . customer complaints?):eek:
