I am going to start uo my own host, I need a design, and im looking a leasing a RAQ4r ive seen them around for about $99 a month,

Where would be the best place to get a good not to expencive design.

Also is there naything extra I will need to buy to get this hosting service running?

Well, you could find a RaQ4 for about $99/month at www.rackshack.net (I think these are the cheapest around). You should post in the webdesign advertising forum if you're looking for designers.
