Hi,
does anyone have a phonenumber of either Registerfly.com, Unifiednames.com, EntryHost.com or dksmedia.com or this Tim Shor guy who apparently is the CEO for all those companies ?
I need help IMMEDIATELY as from one second to another i am not able to login to my registerfly.com account anymore and no, it's NOT the wrong password.
I talked to their crappy-as-hell "live chat support" but they could tell me NOTHING as usual.
Man i'm gonna sue these guys if this matter doesn't get solved ASAP.
Any help would really be appreciated , please post or PM.
Thanks.

Tim is a manager, you can reach him at tim.shor@unifiednames.com he is usually very helpful

Thanks, i know Tim is the manager and i also know in past issues he has been everything BUT helpful - all i ever got were standard replies like "please contact the appropriate department" when in fact it was that very department who told me to contact HIM.
Duh.
It would be helpful if registerfly a) provided a phonenumber or b) their "live support chat" would have ANY clue about what's going on instead of them replying with "Please contact tim.shor@unifiednames.com" anytime you have a question.
Anyway, i just talked to the enom CEO as RF is a reseller of enom so maybe THAT will help.
Thanks :)

You could do a Whois search on RegisterFly.com and you would find a phone number there

That phonenumber is just an answering machine 247.
But anyway,
seems my little conversation with enom CEO has done wonders - i can access my account again.
Thanks Matt from enom.
And i have to revise my above comments in this ONE case - Tim Shor this time has indeed been of help, seems to be a nice guy even.
So one more chance for Registerfly :D

Many of us, myself included, say things that we later regret when
in the heat of battle.
The other day I was hinting at ultimatums over the garbola that Dotster was putting me through (a 2 week long error that stymied a server move!). In my email to them, I very nearly included a list of actions that I would take if they didn't fix the problems.

Beatz---please excuse, but I have been trying to contact you for a few days now, concerning our collaboration in selling my domains. I sent you a small list, and now I have a bigger list ready. Well it seems you have been busy.
I am posting this forum message "just in case" there is some breakdown with your PM or email system. If you have not received my messages, please reply here and also use my "email" and "PM" buttons below. Thank you.

Beatz I had the same problem on my laptop. It has something to do with their interface I don't have any problems on my desktop only on my laptop. Not sure exactly what the issue is but you're not the only one. I've told them via their live help a number of times but they seem to think its not a problem with their site.
