Just a suggestion... if you're trying to sell a domain name, it is wise to include examples as to why it would be a good investment. I'm sure many people don't understand why "TopLT.com" is worth $500. So, as a businessman, perhaps you should try and convince them as to why you are asking $500?

Dylan: alexa rankings can be cheated easily by popup/under methods and certain niche sites has high ranking due to their visitor base having the alexa toolbar more.

Show REAL statistics of unique visitors a day and other such important information. Alexa means nothing unless you have the statistics to back it up. Please link us to a screen shot of the stats of the stats themselves. That way we can see if we want to spend 500$ or not.
