Managed?

Not managed but if you have things that you need done that only take 5 or 10 min we can do it for you np and free of charge. Reboots and backup power and stuff is all included @ no extra cost to you. If your server fails all you have to do is page us and within 5 min your server should be back up.

3 or 6 month's?

No term... it's month to month. We dont make you sign a contract. We belive and so far we have had no cancelations that even if we raise the price the customers will not leave due to our speed, reliability, and support. We have been doing this for months and yet nobody has quit on us so that is always a good sign.

But, is it $59 for 3months or 6 months?

well you pay 59 for the first 3 months and then after that you start paying 125 .. its all month to month so you only pay the 1st month + setup and then the second and the third.. etc etc.. OH our site still shows our other 6 month deaL :) i'll have that changed rightaway

Do you have aim or msn or icq or yim support? and what about paypal payment yet?

I don't use aim or icq or anything like that. Our staff uses it but not for support. Our response times are good so no need for it. We only take visa, mastercard, and amex right now.

Canaca.com pre-billed me for a year, I experienced 32 hours of downtimes, requested a refund as per their guaruntee, and I was never refunded.

Then again that was two years ago, and things have no doubt changed since then. I hate to say things like this but I just thought I just share my experience.

quicksilver .. every case is different and I have no idea why that occured but I do know that we don't bill dedicated servers up front so you must be talking about our 1 year virtual hosting contract. We are sorry that your experience was not a plesent one but alot has changed in the last few years with our company. We have deffinitly improved alot of our flaws and I could honestly say that our clients could not be happier. We are always welcoming critisism because that does motivate us to excel in our true business which is customer service.
