I do not require many features or space but something along these lines:

50-100mb space
5gb transfer (?)
cgi-bin
a couple emails

Free hosting for that purpose could probably be found, but it will much harder to find a company that will pay for the domain as well.

Actually, I already recieved a generous offer.

I am paying for the domain myself.
