I am trying to install WebSupport, but am having difficulty creating the MySQL databases.
It comes with a websupport.mysql script file, but how do I get it to run in MySQL so that all the databases and fields are automatically created?

Do you have PhpMyAdmin? If so, all you have to do is create the database, and then import it by clicking on the browse button, selecting your file and clicking on go.

I've got WebSupport running now, but for some reason it's not issuing tickets. Any ideas?

Any idea where can I get websupport script?
