I need to reboot a server, sent a number of emails to their support email... waiting for reply 3+ hours already :(
anyone knows how to contact them during weekend? email support apparently doesnt work...

ok, united colo has some pretty interesting prices, appart from suport that seem pretty deficient (is it ? ) are they good ? in term of speed and uptime ?

Blitz - speed is ok, I have a box there and constantly push 10mpbs, but there are downtimes, not as bad as it was, but they still happen.
But they are on super fast pipes in exchangecolo .. server to server push 20mpbs or so.

usually they reply within an hour, but its 6+ hours and counting... i already gave up trying

How so?
I thought all their servers were capped at 10 MBit?

old servers are on 100Mbps ports... anything new on 10Mbps... if u ask for 100Mbps port, they say its not possible... heh
