You're kidding, right? After the recent spate of messages about your company here? Mods, I don't care if you remove this or not, but this is ridiculous.

No he isnt peeps :D

I think he only posts on the advertising section of the forums now, he doesnt seem to answer any of the posts in the general and other sections of the forums regarding his service.

Weeks ago?

You should check the general forum.

http://www.webhostingtalk.com/showthread.php?threadid=14870

I'm sure the date isnt weeks ago, have you read the post on the perl script? anyway i'm not flaming anyone, but i don't like to be seen as i am flaming someone. Its just that he should reply to these threads and clarify them for everyones sake.

P.S what about stealing a helpdesk script?

Note to admins: if this is against the rules (probably is) please delete them.

Weeks ago? No. There is an ICQ log of something that is quite recent that tells me I wouldn't touch this company if it were free. There is a clear indication that this host lifts content from other hosts, and if he keeps claiming that it's some designer he contracted, then he better learn to find a new designer or doublecheck what that person does. MIA support? Also there. Questionable business practices (read the post from the guy in India)? Also there. What does all this tell you that you're willing to look past it? Other hosts get crucified on this forum, like Burst, for good reason, but since some people think koolguru is a "nice guy", he gets slack? No way.

Yes, i agree, he should be able to steal scripts and content, as well as treating clients like crap every few weeks![/sarcasm]

I assume if it was you he stole from or treated poorly, you would excuse his conduct? It really amazes me how people like you excuse this sort of conduct....but you'd be the biggest whiner of all if it happened to you.

Just because he did all this a few weeks ago we should forget it all?! I've never heard such ridiculous comments in my life!

I saw this ads first, and then read all the postings regarding "hosturbo support" at general hosting forum. Then I thought he should be banned to post here any more until he clears all the mess.

I agree with Peeps! It's ridiculos that he is so shameless to advertise here.

I personally think that HOSTurbo (koolguru) should give everyone an explanation of the other posts ...because simply ignoring the other posts and keep posting ads here will not lead to anything except more and more flaming.

koolguru: We all know that you are reading this post, why not give us an explanation? :)

Well, banning him would make it almost impossible for him to give us an explanation :D. But i guess that decision should be in the moderators' hands :)

Well, maybe they could speak in support of HOSTurbo  I would be very interested in hearing a "satisfied customer's" point of view.

I really want to know what the moderatprs and administrators have to say about this and I'm sure others want to know too.

Do you really let this fraud continue to make use of this board to advertise and make money with others material?

I say ban the word hosturbo (.com) and all variants you can make with it.

Hello all. Obviously there has been some questionable topics surrounding this host and people have had questions about the products/services offered. We encourage members to research *any* host before signing up, not only on WHT, but research them any way you can, and then make the choice to purchase services/products based upon that.

We generally only censor URLs when hosts come here to do nothing more than post board-spam in multiple threads.

Yeah, and hostturbo is laughing his ass off and can continue to scam using this board.

Uhm... I hate to say this but if the only policy is to remove the URL from any SPAM post such as the initial post then aren't encouraging other losers (sorry, couldn't find a more appropriate word) to do more of this...

At bare minimum can't the post at least be moved to the appropriate forum.

Gah... sorry, not trying to tell anyone how to run the place but it seems he's busted a whole heap of legal, moral and forum rules so why is he still here?

Just my 2penneth worth.

EDIT: Seems that whilst I was writing that... it was moved... Wow MODs... ESP too... that's scarey :)

Sad to say that is bound to happen anyway... What bothers me most is that unless users who have used this persons "service" in the past speak up, his continued presence and posts give the impression that he is at least tolerated if not passively supported by the forum

NOTE: Before I get flamed or hurt in a dark alley ;) I'd just like to point out that that is NOT my opinion but it may well be that of a foam filled newbie

But I guess if a newbie just looks once, says that'll do without researching then they'll learn a hard lesson fast.

Exactly I have had contact with someone that started a thread in the General Hosting Forum and that's how he first heard of Hosturbo. . . . .In this forum:eek:

I guess he didnt read the stolen site thread first:rolleyes:
But why should he? He was looking for a host so he messed up and looked here:bawling:

I'm just agreeing with Hostexp because, just that experience alone should be enough for the exclusion of "members" like koolguru:angry:

That's it. . . . . .all I got to say:cartman:
