20$. A bit wordy and long. No over score for "web topsites" and "web top sites" is changed into "Top Web Sites" so im guessing also no searches on the term.
It would take a lot of work, but any domain with some effort can build traffic and value. You dont need a great domain name for that unless you are wanting type ins.

my plans are ( once it gets a little bigger ) is to seperate them in to catagories so there will be "web hosting top sites" "web Templates top sites" even things like " toys top sites", i have just bought 25k traffic so i am waiting on that kick in, hopefully this will bring a good few people :D

well good luck, my advice to you from personal experience (I have run topsite listings before) is to specialize. General topsites and topsites with too many catagories dont fare too well.

You might be able to develop it into a good site... but the domain itself is probably only worth $10-$15.

LOL, no sorry to disapoint you, but $8 is not my dream offer LOL, someone offerd $60, but like i said, and as mentiond above, you dont make offers here!, i was only wanting to know what other peole thought it would go for..

heh, well unless it is already developed its only worth the average registration price.. aka $8. ;) Have community and traffic, then surely it will be worth more... mayhaps :)
