I purchased the membership at boxedart.com but after 24 hours I still can't login to download templates. After 4 email and no reply's I had check whois record and this is what I got - it really does not look good!

Is this a another SCAM?

I know of clients that use them and they have no problem, but I have heard of stories where people had trouble getting their account setup before.

I set up with them about a month ago, and downladed about 40 templates, I had no problems. Hope it works out, I think if you give it some time it will, although if I were in your shoes I would be concerned also.

On rare occasions our merchant processors may not send the information of your transaction to our system, so your account may not be automatically activated. Therefore, if you have made a purchase of our yearly membership and you are not able to access the graphics from the members area using your details, send a support request to: support@boxedart.com. Include your username, the product you tried to download, or anything else that might be helpful.

They troubles with their servers over wekk. Now everything seems to be OK.

my account is setup now and everything seems to work :D

I was a Boxed Art member for the past year,
and enjoyed excellent service.
Only had a problem once, when thay experienced
server issues for a couple of days. :stickout:

yeh, im quite happy with them, their template quality isnt all that good (by my standards :P) and they are all over the net, but they dont scam u.
