like what kind of promotion do you use? my site is non profit and its not getting much visitors. what kind of promotion programs do you recommend? I dont want to fill my site with advertisement for banner exchange and I tried traffic swarm and submit to search engines. Should I pay for pay per clicks or pay per impression? any recommendations?

I like your website, great CMS/portal layout. As for as pay per clicks or pay per impression goes it just depends on the deal you get. Many nuke sites have links section, make sure you post your link everywhere you can. The more the better!
You could add some more "Keywords" to your meta-tags.

Won't happen overnight, although my new game portal is quite popular, 100 uniques in 1 day, mostly friends. Give me a link to that 126 hit program.

There are many programs which fixes the hits and signups. Meaning they in turn have some paid workers to signup for specific website just to enhance the popularity of the website.
I got so many people offering such jobs here in my country. [The ads run like this: all you need to do is have an email account and access to a computer. Just sign up to the list of websites we give you and you earn money.] Its a sham and doesnt mean anything in the long run.
Just a word of caution....

Umm.. Hey Porky. You may want to finish the coming soon pages first. Other than that, I read the entire site. Funny stuff, most of it. The bermuda triangle part was boring. Maybe at the bottom show pictures of aliens over the water, or giant ship eating sharks, or some other photoshopped images.

totally agreed, content is king, make sure spiders don't have any difficulty in reaching your content (embedded tables for example). make sure you have plenty of keywords distributed around the site. Get yourself into directories such as dmoz and zeal. Echange links with high PR sites. Use H1's H2's, bold & italic text, spiders give them more importance.
Here is an importance list by Brett Tabke of webmasterworld:
Inbound link text: 10 points.
title: 10 points
domain name: 7 points
large h1-h2 headings: 5 points
first sentence of first paragraph 5 points
path or filename: 4 points
proximity (multi kws): 4
beginning of a sentence 1.5 points
bold or italic text: 1 points
usage in text: 1 point
title attribute: 1 point
alt tag: .5 point
meta descrip: .5 points
meta keywords: .05 point
Remember, b4 anyone says UUGHHhh H1's no way, don't forget that you can style them with css :)

The url to the 126 hit thing is http://www.126hits.com/
you get credits by viewing peoples site in a browser for 20 seconds and it automatically refreshes but you can just open it and leave your pc on so dont expect to get anything from this. I dont recommend it at all.
