Hi, I'm new here. I'll introduce myself briefly. My name is James Mulvany, I've just turned 16 years old and I live in Surrey, UK, and I've just started hosting!

I've practically finished my site now, I've got my reseller package. All i'm waiting for now is the PHP order script to be completed, which someone is kindly doing for me.

My site is: www.hostlab.co.uk - What do you think - there isn't much there yet, and I plan to launch next week.

Any tips. I'm thinking about advertising. How should I go about operating this business, getting customers etc...?

James: If you can, its best to build your foundations from clients in your local area. Take out an add in the local newspaper, get a listing in your yellow pages, flyers or if your brave a little bit of selective cold calling / direct approach.

Good luck James :D Just remember if you want to do well... you need to take your business seriously - your clients seriously and most importantly realize that this is a 24 hour 7 day a week job.
