OK .... I have been looking at some of the work on WHT regarding templates and have decided that there are a number of qualified individuals to do the work I need. My problem was chosing the designer, so I will leave that to WHT for the help.

LOGO included
Template must contain a yachting feel, you choose how to achieve that, but I recommend some pictures of yachts or a yacht.
Minor flash effects must be included....small highlights or water effects or effects on the boat itself.

I will require all files--
Logo files
PSD, HTML

Template must be sliced and html coded for the form boxes on delivery. I will code for the submit destination.

(The reason for this is because I have seen issues with people inserting forms into sliced psd's and the alignment gets messed up.)

This constest will end one week from today Saturday June 14th.
I will then choose the winner, and make the payment via Paypal.

A few questions:
1) Does it HAVE to have a flashy thing going? I can't do flash and I don't want to let that ruin my chances
2) Any colours in particular you wany/like?
3) what resolution do you want it it?

Colors are undecided and should look unique and match the logo designed.

Resolution is the decision of the designer.
