Is anyone using Dedipower for dedicated hosting of a Windows 2000 server?

I plan to host with the following.

ASP
PHP
MySQL 4.*
MS Access
ODBC Connections
Virtual Accounts
Email Accounts

Can you help with the following:

1. I have spoken to guy called Nigel, very helpfull. He advises me that I will need to buy licences for Windows 2000 Server and Ensim, either through him or third party, how did you do it?, did you come across any cheap contacts for licences?

2. Email - Does this cost anything extra per month or does ensim somehow control this? if so what version of Ensim do I need.?

3. Do they offer dial-up FTP?

4. Anything I should be aware of with this company, service levels etc.

1) Windows 2k: try any online PC retailer for a quote

Ensim: try www.ensim.com to buy direct, or via one of their resellers

2) Ensim on Windows does not come with a mail server "out of the box". We have clients that have used MailEnable Pro (reasonably priced) with the Ensim interface and they have been very happy.

3) Depends what you mean by dial-up FTP....?!

4) I haven't had any direct experience with them, so can't comment :)

It may be worth addressing these queries to your sales contact there as they should be able to answer you.
