Hey guys I have a question. What if someone spammed your site and you know who it and have there ip's and also know what site they are coming from to spamm us? Is there some agency you can report them to? spamcop.net only does e-mails I just checked them out.
Please help me out because I am tired of this site because they have done this in the past and will continue until I take action!

So your site is a forum? Blocking their IP is a good start.

Block their IP's, and report them to their ISP. If you report them to their ISP be sure to include the time (and what timezone that time is) it was when they spammed, and be sure to have full documentation of their spamming available if required.
Let me tell you, it makes you feel good when you find out they've had their internet account cancelled. :D

Do some blocks.
Just block the first two sets of numbers.
deny from ###.###.

When I see spam on my forum, I just put the spammers URL on my 'banned words' list. The URL and the link are then just http://www.****
Much more effective than blocking IPs (especially with AOL users) and people then also do not re-register under another name again like before when I just locked accounts.
