We only decided to add it about 3 months ago after we added a few more coders on staff and found it may be possible to add these features to WHNBilling.

We already have the underlying code already in place, its in the testing phase. We never provide dates of when features will be released, because it takes time to create the code, debug, and test. We have learned from other companies mistakes in terms of providing dates of release ;)

Some have asked what the cost will be to upgrade to the PP/2checkout version, its likely all current customers who paid the full price of $299.95 in the past, will get a free update to this version. For customers who purchase it under our Summer Special, there will be a upgrade fee, yet to be determined, but we expect it to be under $100.00

This new version will have more then just Paypal and 2checkout, it will have a discount & coupon system, a basic helpdesk, and various other improvements and additons to the system.

I wasn't attacking your company or anything. But it has been more then 3 months. Also it isn't a free license since you got something in return that was worth more if I remember correctly.

It has been exactly 3 months since we made a final decision on adding Paypal and 2checkout.

This is when I hired 2 more programmers. Before that time, I expressly stated to everyone (including you on ICQ and anyone who asked), that we had no plans on adding these two gateways since at that time, our primary coder felt it could not be done in a manner that would work OK with WHNBilling code.

The coders I hired were hired for that very reason, to add 2checkout and Paypal.

Anyway, glad you like WHNBilling and once these two processors are added, we will be sending out notices to all current customers

DirectAdmin is a control panel and is growing very quickly. There are quite a few hosts that currently use cPanel/WHM that are looking into switching to DirectAdmin. Adding support for this panel will definatly increase your sales.

We are more then welcome to suggestions. Keep in mind however, we also have to look at it from a sales perspective. We need to do alot of research, and make sure if we add it, customers will buy it. Theres no use in adding a feature just for a few customers.

Can not access admin demo.. BTW I have 3 PHP Manager Lic's does that mean I can get $60 off? lol

Be sure that if you are viewing the demo, and you attempt to jump from admin to client, or vise, then you have to close out your browser and reopen.

As long as you show you have 3 copies of another billing system, and you order 3 copies of ours, You will get $60 off, if you just make 1 purchase, you get $20 off

I followed the admin demo link (no other window open) and its not setting a cookie or something because it just ask me to login again.

I just checked it and its working OK (user: admin@domain.com pass: admin), if you are getting the login page repeated, be sure cookies are enabled for your browser. It does sound like you still have an existing cookie still active (if you went to the clients area first)

I suggest the easiest thing to do is to just use Netscape if you are using Internet Explorer.

Yea I went to clients first... maybe you should change the way it sets a cookie or something... this is kinda a pain. I will find the cookie and remove it and try again. Thanks! :)

Its actually not a cookie, its a session id, thats why its such a pain. WHNBilling sees the sessionid as you logged into the clients area, and the only way I have ever seen to remove a sessionid from cache is to:

1. use the logout button (thats why we put it there ;) )
2. close out all browsers (IE: all IE windows)
2a. restart, open
3. use an alternate browser.

The only time this ever comes into play is when you are viewing the demos. Thats why we post explicated instructions on the demo page (in bold letters)

As an admin, theres no reason for you to login as a client, and no reason a client should be logging in as a admin.

How long is the special for?

This special will likely be held only until Monday, thats when this sticky runs out.

What will future updates to the program cost?

All customers get free updates for minor fixes and updates. If a new version (IE: 2.x 3.x 4.x) comes out, current customers pay a $49.95 upgrade fee for the new version*

After this special ends, we may continue to raise the price from $69.95 upwards, Normal pricing is $299.95 for WHNBilling Pro Unlimited Version
