I had to fix this. I typed .com instead of .net! How embarrassing! I don't even know where I am!<LOL>

-----

At another time I will be more in depth, but I would like to introduce you to, and recommend CyberWeb3.com http://www.CyberWeb3.net

I have been with them only a week, but coming from the fiasco over at www-hosting.net where I got unceremoniously canned for NOT sending unsolicited mail, I feel like I have died and gone to host heaven.

For more info on the www-hosting.net horror, search for my username: rfruchtman (make your own decisions)

AND... if you need to see the proof in black and white I would be happy to furnish it!

----

At CyberWeb3 -- http://www.CyberWeb3.net

I have been treated with kindness, grace, and received much help.

At CyberWeb3.com they genuinely care about their customers. That is the kind of service I like, as customer service -- to me -- is just about as important as your site's uptime! I will never again trust my business or my dreams to just anyone! Would you? I want to know that my site will be there the next minute I look, and NOT with a SUSPENDED/or VIOLATED sign on it -- for being innocent yet! I live in America... here we are innocent UNTIL proven guilty!

At CyberWeb3.com... The tech support is excellent and speedy. You don't have to wait days for a response and I have yet to get a response telling me it was my fault! Something that was the norm over at www-hosting.net -- in *my experience!*

The responses are fast and are usually from 15 minutes to an hour, sometimes quicker.

The answers are precise, friendly and alternatives are offered if you tell them what you want to do or achieve.

The features within their packages are pretty generous, especially the reseller site packages. The perks in the reseller package alone will make most, if not all, of the dreams on my wish list come true -- and are ALL included in my plan!

In the end, this will be a blessing in disguise for me -- once I get my site operational again. I have still not been able to do business since the afternoon of May 27th, 2003 compliments of Gary Peltola and www-hosting.net.

I care enough about others that I won't even post my affiliate link here. I just want you to know about what is available to you and give you another alternative.

Make sure you ask questions, lots of questions BEFORE you sign up with any host! The fact that ALL my questions were answered BEFORE I signed up, via email and phone... meant a lot to me! Trust me... I asked many questions, one of which was: **What would you do if someone accused me of sending SPAM mail!** The answer was NOT that I would get thrown out like yesterday's trash! AND... it was that I would be given a chance to defend myself! Roz Fruchtman

One week is not long enough for a review in my opinion. See how it works in following months than post a review.

Agree with 3nom. I sent a rev a couple of days back but waited 2 months. Even then I thought it might be too soon.

I agree... but this is the way that I feel under the circumstances of what I have experienced in the past!

This is not my first website. I know what good tech support is, and I know what it isn't! I did not get it at www-hosting.net, even if I was sitll there I would say the same thing!

I DID have good service at Prentice-Internet.com for three years and then things fell apart. I am not sure why or how. I know that they never upgraded their servers and are still offering the same plans that others are now charging a quarter of the price for!

I review and I can usually tell. It's a feeling! Of course... I don't know anything for sure. Everyone is always on their best behavior no matter where or when you meet them.

This is a feeling that I have. We will see how it shakes out, but I stand behind what I said - at this moment! I am not asking for a referral fees, I am just saying how I feel! I think that people need to know that there are alternatives! They do not have to be treated badly or unkindly! Roz Fruchtman

I am still kicking myself that I lost out on your auction. I need a second server as a backup and wanted a reseller plan! I learned a valuable lesson that night! Roz

Thank you. I am just happy to be treated like a human being again. I have been glued to this computer since May 27th trying to put my life and site back together. I lost out on all the holidays from Memorial Day until now. And let's not forget Mother's Day when I worked my little heart out getting my cards ready and I got up to a server that was down. The same thing happened on Memorial Day. I was just about ready to leave, but not like I did. That's why giving me a reasonable amount of time to find a host would have gone a long way!

So being treated like a human being after being treated so badly made an impact on me.

Also, I always wanted to offer Live Help and now I can as well as a blog, shopping center, and so much more!

I know that other places may have these things, but I did not find them in the short time I had to look.

I am open to see other things/places, if not for myself for my members. I like to be able to share good things, as well as bad(I don't like to share bad, but I will!) I review impartially! UNLESS it is something that I experienced myself! Roz Fruchtman

Hi Joana:

You and Radwan gave me a lot of personal time. You both answered all my many questions and took time out of your busy day to do it. All of this BEFORE I even signed on the dotted line! A colleague of mine was with me via phone and email most of the time and we discussed it in length. We looked at some of the others, but you going the extra step when I needed the extra kindness. That was always something we came back to -- the professionalism and kindness. Besides, the plan itself and the benefits of the Reseller package. Those benefits alone are something to take notice of!

It makes it easier when the features are supported/come with a package than to have to go and find something that might or might not be compatible with your service. And, let not forget... those of us who may be techy in front end but not in the back end stuff! I have learned a great deal in the eight days I have been with CW3. I want to become more independent and be able to do more without bothering others!

I have been talking about a Blog for months, and in the last weeks even more. I did NOT want my content on someone elses server. I wanted it where I was. The fact that you offered it in your package was a big plus. As well... the Live Help!

Anyway, once I got there I also spent a great deal of time with Tech Support in the first few days, as I was new to the different panels, and I had special issues. Let's not forget I had to put Humpty Dumpty back together again!

All I had to do was explain what I wanted/needed and tech support came back with an answer in a more than reasonable period of time. The fact that they had an answer was astounding as you and I had been discussing it in depth before I joined.

I can only judge on what I have seen so far. Those that know me well know that my reputation is very important to me. I won't lie in any review I write. Those that ask me to do it, will turn me off completely. I won't risk my integrity, not even for someone close to me. And most certainly I would not put my name behind anyone that I thought could be questionable in ethics, service, or anything else. (I am just bringing this up as some of the above felt that a week was too soon to write such high raves! Under normal circumstances, maybe that is true, but there is NOTHING NORMAL about any of this! NO ONE should have to ever go through what I am still going through now because of the irresponsibility of others!) I am a one-woman shop and that is the problem here. I am not a Microsoft, or Amazon or even Yahoo. When I need something done or put back together it is me that has to find a way to do it! The individual person should be considered just as important as the big companies. Our businesses and dreams are just as important to us. Everyone started out small at one point or another! Just because we are small does not mean that it does not matter if our business is plucked off the web on whim. Humanity has to be a consideration in all businesses. Web hosts deal with real living, breathing, bleeding human beings like themselves. Everyone has to have some flexibility! That was what I was looking for, and I believe that I found it! I hope that never changes!

I can only speak *from my own experience* and then it is up to them to make their own decisions. Don't get me wrong, I CAN very well like someone who I don't host with. One can get to know people just from talking to them or learning from others.

I have been on the web for a long time and am known for my integrity and honesty. Of course, there are those that are not my loyal supporters, but like everyone else who is opinionated that is our cross to bare.<sp> IF I do not stand up for myself, no one else is going to do it for me, and I feel that I have had an injustice done against me! <LOL> This one is short!

I might be a newbie to this board, but I have been around for a long time and have a lot to say! I suppose you can say I will give others a voice through my own cause.

Have a nice evening. I am spending mine rebuilding the database that runs my card shops due to the unexpected disruption of my hosting plan with www-hosting.net.

Considering how I got there and why, their kindness, customer service, integrity and attitude is making me feel like I died and went to hosting heaven!

I will report back. Trust me... I know not everything is like it appears in the beginning. But, in this case, I feel good about it. Roz Fruchtman
