After adding a new user, does it take the server some time before accepting mail? I have checked and rechecked and I still get mail returned. Is there an hour lag time or something? Oh, I'm on a RaQ4i.

Rgrds, Johan Wei Sheong 07-13-2001, 05:57 AM Infact it should be instantaeous. There should not be any delays at all. Cheers! If you're usint your own domain mail relay, try using your isp's Send 2 emails to yourself. you@yourdomain.com and you@www.yourdomain.com Result: If both email bounced, some configuration is not correct. Check your DNS server MX record. (check spelling of the domain name) If you@www.yourdomain.com gets through and the other didn't, you mail server alias need to be youdomain.com |
