View Full Version : I am now officially impressed with revecom!

I am rarely impressed with service from alot of online businesses but I will have to put in a good word for revecom. I asked for a way to offer clients a free trial and they told me they would work on a way to do it. Well, they just released it today. Thats the first time I have submitted a feature suggestion to a company that actually acted upon it. They not only added it but did it in record time. They also are releasing an affiliate tracking system with optional affiliate payments. This makes them one of the best deals around if you ask me :D

Yes, SOME! I would not consider it the norm for the whole industry.

Of course.. You are the paying customer, so unless its unrealistic there isn't any reason why a host shouldn't at least consider your request and without reason implement it.

I can see this feature has been added - via the news section on the front page of the control panel.

But I cant see instructions on how to implement it - am I missing somthing?

Did you get sent instructions by email?

If so - can you share?

Now I am interested to see how the affiliate scheme will pan out.

It doesn't look like you can add it to current products, but the feature is there for all new products. I guess we have to re do all products unless they decide to change it or are asked to.

No answer to my inquiries from revecom!

Bummer!

I have sent them two inquiries over the last three days and nothing from them yet, called them and the guy said, oh! hold on for a minute! after about 10 minutes I hung up! BUMMER as I really did want to do business with these guys but hate being blown off like this. Guess I'll keep trying since I'm a glutton for punishment. This is a bad Oman though. This is not the way I wanted the story to start!:bawling:

Um, odd. I send Revecom an email today and got a reply within 5 hours.
