Eagle 07-11-2001, 11:05 PM Hmm any other suggestions?
btw, how do I view ALL BOX's STATS with webalizer? Never used it before like this...
Aloha
well I guess if ya wanted to see all the hosts or domains on one report I am nto sure
but I am curious about this myself ???
might be a way to get it all together using webalizer
I am sure it can be done with webtrends but it is not free by a long shot
so you want to see one report all domains on it in a individual basis with transfer rate ??
AussieHosts 07-12-2001, 02:26 AM We had RaQSupport install their Traffic Light for us, and we couldn't possibly be happier.
Reports by day, week, month and year, per domain. Includes data transfer (Bytes), Web Hits, FTP Hits and number of Emails per domain. And a good summary page up front that gives a quick everview of what the server has been up to. Individual domain reports also project a usage figure for the month.

afriq 07-12-2001, 04:33 AM Hi there,
Webalizer is still one of the best free programs out there. But it lacks the ability to provide bandwidth comsumption for a number of sites visible on a single page. However, the stats produced per domain is quite extensive. And it works just fine on a RaQ 4i - we use version 2.0
Maybe there is an opportunity to write a php script that can grab that info from the Webalizer output files?

Johan
broken 07-12-2001, 10:01 AM We use the Webalizer-Status addon from http://cobalt-aid.sourceforge.net/files/ and it does a pretty nice job of showing total server stats.
Lists total kbs transfered, visits, pages, files and hits for each domain.
Check out Wusage. Probably one of the best programs for an ISP. The stats are very detailed, can use a single log file for all domains, and provides seperate reports for each domain. Uses a secured web interface for condifuration. Automatically sets up your crontabs for updates and emails you when they are successful.

dherman76 07-12-2001, 12:16 PM I'll have to second traffic light. Its simply an amazing program. We had it installed, and it tracks 8 times a day, so monitoring is easy!
shadowbreed 07-12-2001, 06:48 PM That's a third on Traffic Light, we're so happy with it we're letting them make a special version where you can let you resellers view only the domains they have as customers.
Eagle 07-12-2001, 07:29 PM Where can I find it?
Also,
really stupid question
but with webalizer (havent really used it a lot) how do I call the stats for the ENTIER server?

If you want the special version where you can let people view only the domains on a particular ip-address you can contact me off-list
And no i don't work for raqsupport, i've just let them develop a special version for me and think TrafficLight is one of the greatest stats proggies around.
Crazy 07-14-2001, 04:25 AM if you install the 2.01 pkg from sourceforge, it automaticly does every domain, www.domain.com/~stats
works great.......
Eagle 07-14-2001, 08:20 AM No thats not what I mean,
I mean... I as admin, want to see stats for ALL sites together, so I can EASILY see WHAT site is using the most bandwidth
etc....
broken 07-14-2001, 09:14 AM That's what the Webalizer-status addon on sourceforge does.
