Hi,

I'm currently pretty disillusioned with my experiences of resller accounts to date so I'm putting out a request for offers...

My requirements are:

- *nix system
- Apache server
- 1Gb disk space
- 5 to 10Gb bandwidth per month
- PHP4 (no safe mode)
- Mysql
- Perl CGI
- SSH (? and telnet)
- SSI (execute disabled)
- PGP or GPG
- Option to buy SSL for individual sites
- .htaccess (Auth, extensions, etc...)
- Error log
- Access logs
- POP3 server (relatively unlimited accounts)
- "unlimited domains" or a minimal charge per each domain.
- free subdomains (i.e. forum.mydomain.com)
- Ability to use opt-in mailing lists (not spam)

Finally:
Communication:
- open, honest communication of changes, problems
- advance warning, etc... of ANYTHING that affects me or my clients
- if a client abuses the system then they are shutdown and informing me immediately to deal with it. No shutting down of ALL my accounts because of one users actions.

Support:
- 24/7 support by email (3 hours response time)
- phone support where possible
- online ICQ or similar contact during most of day if possible.
- Genuine support: not "it'll all be fine" or "dunno" or "Not our problem".

I think that pretty much explains what I'm looking for. I should note that I will of course check all offers against existing user opinion and request verification of any claims from existing users so please be honest.

Thanks in advance and apologies for slightly bitter tone but it's been a long frustrating day.

Hi Martin,

we currently do not offer reseller accounts, however i am sure we can work something out :) We can offer all the features (and more) that you requested, including unlimited domain hosting, control panel for each domain name, etc. We can give you access to WHM (WebHost Manager) so you can instantly set-up/edit/terminate accounts as well as monitor each account including the disk space usage and bandwidth usage. If you are interested, can you please contact me personally at marc@mchost.com so we can discuss it more?
