any free support ticket software that just only does that =)

do not need complex ones with plenty of features but one that allow a user to enter his problems, etc, etc. Best if user are not able to view the other resolved or pending tickets

also, hopefully, there is no login for users as i think i will be developing a script for that myself.

Do a quick search on the board. This has been discussed at length a few times in the past couple of months.

but this is actually the first time i have tried to install a nix prog onto my site and i was hoping if anyone would be kind enough to teach me.

I just unzip using Winrar and upload or something?
