Anyone here hosted at Unitedcolo? Are they down?

I need to move a client's web site from a server there urgently..

I can't route to them from either one of my data centres:

To be fair though, I haven't seen a thread like this in a while... that means they've either got better since their first few months or they've hardly any customers left to complain I suppose :)

It seems like once every 3 months they go down. A couple of times were not their fault . Not sure about this one but I have about 15 servers down.

Yeah, I do agree that it's been awhile, but I have seen alot of latency issues with UC, my UC servers have been down since 0600 this morning :angry:

I've tried to call about oh a dozen times, and get the voicemail each time. The machine says the network issues should be resolved within 45 minutes. :rolleyes:

looks like they're back... but for how long? :/

This is the first time in a while they've had any serious amout of downtime. I've been tracking via plotted pings to various locations, I can say I've been pretty happy with them (certainly MUCH more happy with them than I had been right at the begining of the year).
