Sorry to be off-topic... but I was wondering about template 5. The picture of that dude in the bottom left; is it legal to use him if you didn't take that picture?

GA PunkFreak i think yes, it's legal. as i know all these img which were included are part of commercial cliparts . nothing special there. btw i want to buy couple cd too, but ... i need too many other things, as all girls :D

No its not legal to ressel other peoples work. Unless you bought image from image website witch i doubt is the deal in this case because images cost more then all templates put together.

i'm not sure (i'm not lower) but usually on cd's/onlines cliparts I read:
