Indeed the website site-host.com currently traceroutes to Alabanaza (www.alabanza.com). The new NOC may be that of Jumpline (www.jumpline.com) who have been building a new data center for many months and are near enough ready to move out of Alabanza.

Welcome to "Whose NOC is this?"
What I thought was interesting:
Attention Resellers: If you would like to obtain copies of these photos without our company name, please contact your account administrator, or email us.
I can't think of a purpose for providing resellers with photographs like that except that they would be used to claim ownership of the data center.

Granted, that's not the say it's usually worded -- but it could be. Making the pictures available doesn't necessarily mean deception will follow.

What's the grand prize? Your very own NOC? But that would create a problem. The hosts would have to tell their customers they were moving from their own current data center to their new own data center. :D

I'm sure the marketing department could come up with a good spin to put on that...

The NOC pictured is supposedly in NY, so it wouldn't be Jumpline.

so no one knows for sure if it's for real or not? it looks to me that it's not the noc of a standard webhosting more the noc for some big telcoms company or ibm or one of the big boys like that?

My first thought was that it looks like the NAP where we (and every other ISP with POP's in this area) co-locate our terminal server equipment and a couple of routers. It just didn't look like a web hosting co-location facility. There wasn't a single picture that showed the familiar racks of web servers. Not a cobalt RAQ anywhere to be seen.
Also, they don't offer server-co-location, yet the equipment is quite varied, and there are some locked cabinets, which are usually indicative of co-located equipment, there are some just like them in the NAP we use.

Not a good choice IMNSHO. I've heard that place is succeptable to giant gorilla attacks. All the diesel generators and redundant multiple connections aren't going to protect you against that!
