I'm looking for someone to design me a logo for my soon to be website. It will be for my stationary and web site

The only conditions are
1)I'm not willing to pay more than $20. I know a nice design can easily be designed for that price
2) I want it done within 24hrs
3) 1 free revision
4) Looking for something no larger than 1 inch high and 10cm long, relatively simple, sytlish design, say like a webdesign companies design.
5) full rights
