Anybody know, how much time I need to
wait after registering name servers on netsol
database?

After filling out the form at:

http://www.networksolutions.com/cgi-bin/makechanges/itts/host

And they have responded with:
We have received your request to register or modify a host record.
However, we are unable to process it at this time because we cannot
verify its authenticity.

We have sent an e-mail notification message to Guardians for this
host and the domain name where the host resides, asking for their
approval or disapproval of the change you have asked for. We will
follow the first set of instructions we receive.

What do they mean by Guardians for this host?
I use the same email address for registering
domain name I use for name server and for registering
the name server.
But I haven't received any email from netsol.

When I expect to receive the email notification
message from netsol?

When my name servers will be active?

But who does?
And to have my nameserver active I need to
register it to nsi.

That means that the email that you used is not listed in the technical or the main contact, and the email was sent there, give my the domain and I can tell yo what email to use.

You should be able to just register it with whoever is the registrar for your domain. So if blah.com is registered with OpenSRS and you want to create ns1.blah.com as a nameserver, you'd register it with OpenSRS. OpenSRS, in turn, will add that nameserver into the Internic database, which NetSol should be using.

I use the same email address for, registrant, administrative,
technical, billing contacts (for the domain name) as well as for registering name server to netsol.

I guess netsol should send the notification to
the email address.

You should be able to just register it with whoever is the registrar for your domain. My registrar for the domain name is
powerpipe.com (an enom.com reseller). But there is
no link to register my own nameserver (either
on enom or powerpipe). I had asked powerpipe
about this, but no reply yet. That's why I went
to nsi straight away to register nameservers.

Just email or get powerpipe to email enom and ask them to set it up for you. :)

Everybody can register his nameservers at netsol. EVERYONE!
