They'r connected primarily to plusline, who offer hosting and isp services directly in Frankfurt, connected to the DE-CIX etc. etc., pretty good bandwidth imho.
Take a look here for details on their network.. They seem to be multihomed:

I believe you can trace/ping lightupnet.de (217.172.32.10)

Your statement was entirely correct. However, the bandwidth we're selling at 65 EUR / Mbit is not coming from Plus.line.
I just mailed Ben an respective IP to trace/ping for the 65 EUR offer.
